Job Description

The role in question demands a dedicated and passionate individual eager to fill the shoes of a full-time English Teaching Assistant. The appointee will work directly with the Lead English Teacher to foster an inclusive, encouraging, and dynamic learning environment. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting main instructor in creating and executing lesson plans
- Individual mentoring and academic support for students
- Assessment of student progress and providing regular feedback
- Participation in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Creating a vibrant and engaging classroom atmosphere

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience in a teaching/tutoring role, ideally in a secondary school environment
- Native-level English proficiency
- Valid working visa for Spain
- Knowledge of Spanish would be beneficial
