Job Description

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting English language teaching and learning outcomes. Main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the lead English teacher in preparation of educational materials and lesson plans.
- Supporting students in their learning process, providing individualized attention as needed.
- Conducting small group and individual activities based on differentiation and pupils' learning needs.
- Monitoring students’ learning progress and providing feedback to the lead teacher.
- Participating in school meetings and professional development workshops.
- Contributing to a positive, productive and inclusive classroom environment.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a teaching or tutoring role, ideally in a language teaching setting.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- An ability to engage students and generate a genuine interest in language learning.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and respectful approach towards students of diverse backgrounds.
