Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant who will be part of our diverse team. Your role will involve taking an active part in creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment within the classroom.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assisting the lead teacher in delivering lesson plans.
• Helping pupils with learning difficulties.
• Preparing classroom materials and resources.
• Keeping track of pupils’ progress and reporting issues to the lead teacher.
• Ensuring that the health and safety regulations are met.
• Aiding in the organization of school events and activities.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an Education / Teaching Assistant or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff members.
• Knowledge of learning strategies and teaching methods suitable for different age groups.
