We are currently seeking an innovative and passionate Education/Teaching Assistant to become a part of our exceptional learning community, nestled in the stunning Canary Island of Tenerife, Spain. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering a world-class education to a diverse group of international children; assisting in developing creative learning opportunities, guiding students, making learning accessible to all students, and contributing diligently to our pedagogical vision.

Key Responsibilities

As an Education/Teaching Assistant, you will:

- Assist in classroom setup and organization
- Collaborate with a team of teachers to formulate lessons and in-class activities
- Support student learning through one-on-one tutoring and small group instruction
- Maintain students’ records, ensuring their learning progress is accurately documented
- Support teachers in managing student behavior, promoting positive interactions and inclusivity
- Participate and contribute in school meetings, trips and other extracurricular activities

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will:

- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
- Have experience in an education or teaching assistant role
- Demonstrate proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Be skillful in utilizing technology for teaching
