Job Description

We seek a committed, passionate and enthusiastic Education / Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dedicated team. This role includes overseeing students' learning process, aiding the teacher in developing lesson plans, facilitating group activities and managing classroom behavior.

In detail, the responsibilities will comprise - but not be limited to:

  • Providing in-class support to teachers for lesson delivery
  • Assisting with preparation and setting up of materials and resources
  • Contributing to the development of individual educational plans
  • Participating in after-school activities including clubs and sports
  • Guidance of students during break time and ensuring their safety

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • A minimum of a diploma in Education or a related field
  • Experience in teaching assistance or a similar role in a school setting
  • Excellent understanding of child development and educational systems
  • Good command of both English and Spanish
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
