We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Education / Teaching Assistant join our professional team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our team of teachers to promote an effective learning environment. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting with lesson planning and implementation, providing instructional support to students under the teacher’s supervision, grading assignments, helping conduct parent-teacher meetings, observing and monitoring students’ play and learning activities and managing classroom materials and resources.

Job Requirements

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field. Prior experience working in an educational setting is highly preferred. Proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, is required. Familiarity with innovative teaching approaches, ability to deliver lessons engagingly, and excellent organizational skills are required. Applicants should also have knowledge of classroom safety and crisis management.
