Currently, we are seeking a dedicated, passionate Education/Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons and assessing student performance. This includes:
-Supporting the planning and implementation of educational activities and lessons
-Taking an active role in classroom management
-Assisting students individually or in small groups to enhance student comprehension
-Helping to prepare, organize and maintain classroom resources and aids
-Monitoring student behavior and ensuring a safe and clean classroom environment
-Providing feedback on student progress and participation
Job Requirements
Applicants must have:
-A recognized teaching assistant qualification or any related fields.
-Strong understanding of child development and education methods
-Experience working in an educational setting is advantageous
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-High level of engagement and patience with students
-A current police check
-Fluency in Spanish and in English, other languages will be highly valued.
