Translation and Proofreading Internship in a Mobility Agency in Seville,Spain/Remote (Dutch speaker)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team, focusing primarily on translating various contents into French and managing our social media presence. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop translation and copywriting skills while gaining hands-on experience in social media management.

Tasks

• Reading through drafts to identify and correct errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Reviewing and evaluating the suggestions made by AI tools in the specific language to decide which changes to apply.
• Ensuring that all content meets the quality standards set by the organization before publication.
• Organize editorial meetings with other interns to discuss the evolution of the translation process, and clarify possible doubts that can occur. As well as common errors, updates to style guides, or new techniques.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Translation, Languages would be great. Otherwise, a strong interest in translation and proofreading is essential.
• Dutch at a native standard.
• English fluent.
• Minimum of 2 months.
• ChatGPT knowledge is essential.

Internship hours

• 30-35h/week, from Monday-Friday.
• Flexible start date
• Schedule: 8-30-9am to 2:30-4:30pm
