We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for learning and an entrepreneurial mindset to join our International Business Development Department. You will work directly with a network of over 15 commercial agents, focusing on sales and commercial management in the Italian and French markets. Tasks

• Support and energize the commercial network in Italy 
• Monitor sales KPIs and suggest continuous improvements.
• Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Communicate with potential distributors, partners, or clients.
• Collaborate on commercial campaigns and international expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams in sales, marketing, and operations.

 

Requirements

• Native or C2-level proficiency in Italian (mandatory).
• High-level proficiency in Spanish.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, CRM, ERP, etc.).
• Additional language skills in French and/or English are highly valued.
• Strong interest in sales and/or business development.
• Passion for technology, mobility, or startups.
