Job Description

Our collaborator is a company operating in the construction materials sector, with a strong focus on aluminium window solutions and continuous coordination with manufacturing partners in China. They are looking for an building engineer/quantity surveyor with a commercial mindset, able to combine technical knowledge with client follow-up and account management in an office-based, results-driven environment.

Tasks

  • Preparing quotations and budgets for clients

  • Following up with clients and commercial opportunities

  • Managing and developing company accounts

  • Maintaining permanent communication with the factory in China

  • Reviewing measurements, plans, and technical documentation

  • Supporting the technical-commercial management of aluminium window projects

  • Coordinating client needs with production and internal follow-up

  • Assisting with office-based commercial and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Studies or background as building engineer/quantity surveyor

  • Fluent Spanish and English

  • Some previous experience on-site / in construction work

  • Ability to read and understand measurements and plans

  • Knowledge of aluminium windows is essential

  • Knowledge of PVC windows is a plus

  • Own vehicle required

  • Availability to travel, including possible trips to China

  • Commercial mindset and results-oriented profile

  • Good communication and organizational skills

Conditions

  • 300€/month
