Internship Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and creating design concepts for various projects.
- Conduct research on materials, furnishings, and design trends to support project development.
- Prepare detailed design presentations and mood boards for client meetings.
- Collaborate with senior designers to refine design proposals and implement client feedback.
- Visit project sites to oversee installations and ensure design integrity during execution.
- Maintain and organize design samples and resources in our studio.
- Participate in client consultations and assist in responding to design inquiries.
- Utilize design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) to create floor plans and visuals.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and materials.
Personal Requirements
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to learn.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
