Human Resources Internship - Palma de Mallorca, Spain

As part of our commitment to developing talent, we invite proactive, ambitious, and creative individuals to join our team for a six-month internship in our Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Help facilitate training and development programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files and using HRIS systems.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee relation events.

Job Requirements:

- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated understanding of HR operations and employment laws.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Proficient in MS Office. Familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
