Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Teaching Assistant who will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide educational support for students. The successful candidate will assist the teacher in lesson planning and preparation, monitor and assess students' progress, encourage students' active engagement in the learning process, and provide a positive learning environment for all students.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons.
- Provide support to students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom records, cleanliness, and orderliness.
- Offer administrative support to teaching staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
