Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the Class Teacher in preparing and delivering lessons that inspire and motivate our students. This includes creating educational materials, assisting in classroom management, providing one-on-one support to students in need, and tracking student progress. Furthermore, the successful candidate is expected to contribute to extra-curricular activities and liaise regularly with parents and staff regarding student progress and welfare.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field and a minimum of two years experience in an educational setting. They should also possess a clear understanding of the Spanish education system, including the primary school curriculum, teaching methods, and classroom management strategies. Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential; any other language skills will be highly regarded.

Applicants must also hold a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in Spain.
