Job Description

• Providing targeted support to students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, focusing on core subjects.
• Helping in the planning and preparation of lessons and educational materials under the direction of the classroom teachers.
• Helping with general classroom duties and other school activities, including administrative tasks related to students’ work.
• Monitoring and reporting student progress and behavior to teachers and parents.
• Assisting with lunchtime supervision and leading extracurricular activities.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of classroom operations and teaching methods.
• High level of patience and excellent understanding of child development and educational systems.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Spanish work visa or eligibility to work in Spain.
