Reservation and guide internship in a travel agency in Madrid

Job Description

Our collaborator is a travel agency that organises 10,000 different tours every year from excursions, urban routes and activities for all audiences.

They are looking for a reservations and guide intern to join their dynamic team.

Tasks

• Check-in.
• Attend excusions.
• Attend tours.
• Customer service.
• Manage reservations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strudies in or raleted to: Tourisnm and hospitality, languages or customer service.
• Able to provide a training agreement from your uiniversity.
• Approachable and friendly manner.
• A genuine interest in different cultures and a passion for travel.
