They offer a range of personalized services for their clients, focused on both individuals and companies and even special events as weddings and others. With a quick online application and a couple of clicks, they serve their customers with only 24 hours notice.
- Attention of the web chat in rotating hours
- Attention of the voice messages in the mailbox and return of calls
- Review of the chats not attended, for being out of hours and contacting the client.
- Review of email for client queries and answer them.
- Appointment management
- Client calls for reassignment of time and/or day.
- Apply changes in the management software.
- Assign professionals in the management software.
- Send end of service emails to clients.
- Register contacts in Google calendar.
- Spanish advanced
- English intermediate
- Minimum of 3 months, desirable 6.
- 20 hours/week, 5 days/week
