Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, imaginative, and resourceful Education/Teaching Assistant committed to encouraging and inspiring students by becoming an integral part of our ambitious team. The successful candidate will collaborate with an innovative team of passionate educators to assist in the classroom and ensure every student achieves their best potential.

Duties include but are not limited to: supporting students' learning objectives, assisting teachers with lesson implementation, maintaining classroom standards, managing classroom behavior, providing support during extracurricular activities, contributing to curriculum development, marking and assessing students' work and participation in staff meetings and training sessions.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. They should be fluent in both English and Spanish to cater to our bilingual curriculum. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required; teaching credentials from a recognized institution or relevant work experience in an educational setting will be beneficial.

Personal Requirements:

The applicant should demonstrate a passion for education, a positive attitude, patience, and resilience. They should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, possess a thorough understanding of our core values, and be adept at managing a diverse classroom. Experience working with students in a multicultural international environment is preferred.
