Job Broad Description
We are currently seeking to recruit a dedicated and passionate English Teaching Assistant. Your main roles will involve assisting our lead teachers in carrying out their daily tasks, supporting students in their learning process and fostering a positive learning environment.
Detailed Tasks Description
- Assisting lead teachers in creating and delivering engaging lesson plans.
- Providing individual support to students who may need additional help with their English skills.
- Maintaining a clear communication with the teaching team and parents in order to monitor and report students' progress.
- Helping to develop and improve learning materials.
- Participating in meetings and professional development workshops.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in English, Education or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL or CELTA qualification is preferred
- Minimum of 1-year experience in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in Spanish language to communicate with staff and parents.

- Strong command of English language both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, patient and passionate about education.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse environment.
