Role: Human Resources Intern

Job Description:

We are looking to bring on a Human Resources Intern for a dynamic, full-time internship. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR team in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Participate in the organization's onboarding procedures.
- Support in conducting employee performance evaluations.
- Help in the coordination and administration of training programs.
- Engage in employee welfare activities, fostering a positive work environment.
- Contribute to the preparation of necessary reports and presentations related to HR metrics.
- Compliance with company policies and the legal requirements of HR.

Job Requirements:

- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Should be a team player with an ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
