Tasks
- Assisting the manager.
- Customer service.
- Organising/supervising events.
- Budgeting for events.
- In-house follow-up of the events, coordination with the rest of the departments.
- Keep updated the planning tables of events.
- Public Relations tasks.
- If there is not enough work in the preparation or organisation of events during a certain period of time, you will have to assist in reception and reservations tasks.
Requirements
- Studies in Events, Public Relations or Tourism.
- Good English and Spanish.
- Other languages are a plus.
- Minimum 3 months.
- Friendly.
- Polite.
- Emphatic.
Conditions
- 300€ gross/month.

Availability and hours
