Internship Job Opening – Customer Service

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Intern to join our team in Lanzarote, Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for hands-on industry experience to supplement their studies, and potentially start a successful career in customer service.

Role Description:

This internship at our company will present exciting challenges and opportunities to learn every portion of the customer service process. Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Supporting our customer service team in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Participating in customer-related projects and tasks which include tracking customer interactions and reporting on customer feedback.
  • Assisting in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and implementing changes based on customer feedback.
  • Helping in formulating response procedures for customer inquiries and help in training staff on customer service policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree related to Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or any other relevant field.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Have basic knowledge of common computer applications including MS Office and email.
  • Be detail-oriented, able to multitask and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
