As an Education / Teaching Assistant, you will play a major role in the day-to-day activities within the classroom. You will assist the lead teacher in preparing and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining classroom discipline. Furthermore, you will work closely with the students, providing academic help and supporting their overall development. You will be responsible for ensuring they understand the material presented and encourage active participation in all aspects of the class.
The ideal candidate will have a completed degree in Education or a closely related field. A minimum of two years' experience teaching in an educational setting is highly preferable. As we are a bilingual school, fluency in both English and Spanish is a must. You should have excellent communication skills, patience and a passion for education and teaching.
