Job Description

Our Education/Teaching Assistant will provide support to the class teachers by planning and delivering educational programs. Key tasks include:

- Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation, set up and clean up.
- Providing direct support to students in large groups, small groups, or one-on-one settings.
- Assisting in the planning and organization of school events and outings.
- Tracking student progress and helping evaluate the effectiveness of instruction.
- Working alongside teachers to support students with special needs.

Job Requirements

A successful candidate should possess:

- A diploma or degree in education, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous classroom experience or work history in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to utilize different methods and strategies to tailor to the needs of students with different learning styles.
