Job Description

As an intern, your role will encompass a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Manage incoming calls and reservations with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and promotional packages.
  • Schedules, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations of reservations.
  • Provide guests with accurate information about local attractions and services.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure excellent guest experience.

Requirements

To be considered for this internship, the following qualifications are essential:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Hotel Management or related fields.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English; other language skills are a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
  • Superior planning and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems is desirable.
