Role Summary

We are currently offering a Human Resources Internship in our Granada office. The selected intern would be a crucial part of our HR team, contributing to our talent and organizational development operations and initiatives. The intern would report directly to the HR manager :

Job Description

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with a useful HR metric
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Requirements

Applicants must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. They should possess excellent communication skills, both in Spanish and English, and strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge in HR databases, MS Office and HRIS systems is desirable.
