Role Summary

As an HR Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to learn firsthand about HR strategies, processes, and responsibilities in a global business context. You will be engaged in a variety of tasks including talent acquisition, HR administration, employee engagement, HR data analysis, and participation in special projects or initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by liaising with candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the candidate database.
  • Support in administrative tasks such as organizing personnel files, updating HR databases, and processing employment contracts.
  • Help in planning, coordinating, and implementing employee engagement activities.
  • Participate in the creation of internal communication materials related to HR topics.
  • Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

  • Studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is essential.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Keen interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
