Job Description
The chosen applicant will be collaborating under the direct supervision of our seasoned English teachers, primarily responsible for:
- Assisting in planning and conducting interactive English lessons suitable for all proficiency levels.
- Providing one-on-one guidance to students, focusing on improving their English language proficiency.
- Maintaining records of student's progress and working to address areas of difficulty.
- Crafting an engaging educational environment that encourages active student participation.
- Overseeing assessments and exam preparations while ensuring a complete understanding of the English language (grammar, pronunciation, etc.).
Job Requirements
Candidates should have:
- A bachelor's degree in English Language, Linguistics or a related field.
- TESOL/TEFL certification or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant experience in teaching English as a second language.
- Excellent command over English language both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work cooperatively as part of a multi-cultural team.
