Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Education / Teaching Assistant to join our team. The appointed individual will work under the direction of classroom teachers and the senior leadership team, providing high-quality assistance in our school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing in-class support to teachers during lessons
  • Preparing instructional materials and classroom displays
  • Assisting students with their educational and social development
  • Working with small groups or individual students thereby helping them to integrate better
  • Readying the classroom for lessons, tidying up, and maintaining pupil records
  • Deputizing for the teacher when necessary, maintaining good classroom management skills
  • Supporting students with educational and social development and promoting their inclusivity in school activities

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Previous experience in the same role is preferred. Alongside excellent skills in communication, the candidate should show irrefutable ethics in nurturing and driving forward the agenda of the institution.
