Role Description

The successful candidate will be expected to assist the lead teacher in creating lesson plans, preparing learning materials & resources, and setting up the classroom. You will support students in their learning progress, aiding individual students or small groups in need of additional guidance. Aside from fostering an engaging learning environment, the education / teaching assistant will also be tasked with organizational duties, such as maintaining student records, grading papers, and handling classroom administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

All applicants must have a bachelor's degree and a teaching assistant certification. Previous experience in an education setting is essential, and experience with special needs education is a plus. The candidate must also be proficient in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills to effectively facilitate learning and cater to a diverse classroom.
