Job Description
The language school is offering paid internships in Gran Canaria with the opportunity to obtain the level 5 TEFL teaching qualification during the stay. Our internships include teacher training for young learners, teens and adults.
The language centre is both a teacher training and exam centre and the longer the internship, the more our interns can learn about the different teaching methods, levels and exams.
It is a busy language centre that is filled with laughter and energetic students. Our students thoroughly enjoy meeting the people who come from all over the world to help them improve their English.
Tasks
Tasks will include: Learning how to plan classes. Teaching grammar. Engaging students in the English language.
Training will cover: Conducting level tests. Performing evaluations. Grading students.
Requirements
High level of English B2-C2. Spanish is a plus Positive and energetic attitude. Keen to learn and develop in the education sector
Conditions
300-400€ / month. TEFL level 5 training included. Personalised training is given for each trainee depending on future ambitions
