Job Description

We are seeking a diligent, talented, and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team in the beautiful city of Gran Canaria, Spain. Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in accordance with company policy and privacy standards.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of HR policies and processes.
  • Assisting in employees’ relation issues and in the annual appraisal process.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
