Internship Opportunity: Human Resources Intern

We are currently seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team in Gran Canaria. This position offers an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all functions of Human Resources Management, working within a highly professional and driven team.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Help in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Support HR staff in coordinating and conducting orientation programs and training sessions.
  • Contribute to enhancing employee relations, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Participate in performance evaluation processes and diversity initiatives.
  • Collaborate on HR projects such as HR metrics, employee handbook, and updates to company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate from a Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
