We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic English Teaching Assistant to support our educational team and deliver effective, engaging lessons to both children and adults of various proficiency levels.
Job Description
As an English Teaching Assistant, you will be primarily tasked with supporting our teacher's team in providing high-quality education to our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development and implementation of engaging lesson plans in line with the school's curriculum.
- Assisting in student assessments and tracking their progress.
- Helping to create a stimulating learning environment.
- Providing individual attention to students who require additional support.
- Participating in planning and organizing school events and activities.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English or related field of study.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Experience working with diverse student groups and age ranges.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A positive and creative approach to teaching.
