Tasks Heading Your Way:

In the role of an English Teaching Assistant, the chosen candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following:

- Assist in developing lesson plans that align with the curriculum and targets different levels of English proficiency.
- Support students in enhancing their English skills through interactive activities, imaginative fiction, and real-world examples.
- Communicate with parents or guardians on students' development and any potential issues.
- Help in organizing school events, including cultural and language exchange activities to immerse students in a multicultural setting.
- Provide assistance in grading, and maintain accurate student attendance records and grades.
- Attend team meetings, staff development activities, and continuing education workshops to maintain and improve professional competence.

Job Requirements:

We require the potential candidate to meet the following requirements:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a relevant field.
- Possess a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification or equivalent.
- At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken, ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
