Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Education / Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team. The successful applicant would play a pivotal role in supporting classroom teachers with lesson delivery and ensuring each student’s learning needs are met productively.

Key Responsibilities

-Assisting teachers in the development and execution of lesson plans
-Providing attention and support to students who need extra assistance
-Administering classroom upkeep and organization
-Supporting students with their homework and classwork
-Observing, recording and reporting student's behavior and progress
-Helping to prepare and distribute education material
-Enforcing school regulations and safety rules
-Participating in meetings, education conferences and workshops

Job Requirements

-University degree in Education or a related field
-Previous experience in an educational environment
-Excellent understanding of child development theories
-Proficiency in English and Spanish language
-Strong interpersonal and time management skills
