We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Education/Teaching Assistant to join our team. The main responsibilities include: supporting the Teacher with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation; working with small groups or individual students to reinforce learned concepts; supervising students in classrooms, halls, cafeteria, and playground; and performing administrative duties such as setting up equipment, preparing materials, and maintaining attendance records. The assistant will also be expected to assess and monitor students’ progress regularly and provide feedback to Teachers, Parents, and Students, as well as implement teaching strategies designed to stimulate learning in line with the school's ethos.
Applicants must have a minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field, proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, and fluency in both Spanish and English to aid the multicultural learning environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential. Furthermore, applicants must demonstrate knowledge of contemporary teaching methodologies and display dedication to continuing professional learning, display a passion for teaching and commitment to nurturing the development of students.
