Job Description and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with supporting the primary French language instructor in conducting classes and developing curriculum. Duties will entail preparing and organizing teaching materials in adherence to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) levels and guidelines. The teaching assistant will partake in evaluating and assessing students' progress, providing constructive feedback, and assisting in planning additional, individualized lessons for those who may need extra help. The chosen candidate is also expected to facilitate a welcoming, inclusive learning environment that promotes intercultural competence and encourages active student participation.

Job Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in French, Education, or a related field. Proficiency in both French and English language is a requisite for this position. Familiarity with the CEFR levels is a significant advantage. Previous experience in tuition or a similar role is also desirable, although entry-level candidates with a strong desire to teach French are welcome to apply.
