Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in our day-to-day people operations. This includes but is not limited to:

- Assisting in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, onboarding and employee termination procedures.
- Helping with payroll and benefits administration.
- Supporting the preparation and revision of our company HR policies and procedures.
- Conducting research on HR related topics, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
- Contributing to team meetings and taking part in HR projects.

Requirements

To be a great fit for this role, you should possess the following:

- Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
- Be highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR systems.
