An established and prestigious language school in Bilbao, Spain is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic English Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The role is to assist in teaching English as a foreign language, to students of all age groups including children, teenagers, and adults.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist lead teachers in curriculum implementation and lesson preparation.
- Create an interactive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students in their learning process and progress, providing individualized attention where necessary.
- Collaborate with lead teachers to measure students' progress and to adjust teaching programs accordingly.
- Assist in the creation of teaching materials and resources.
- Participate in parental meetings, providing feedback on students' progress.
- Support the school in organizing and participating in school events and activities.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in education, English or a related field.
- TEFL, CELTA or other equivalent teaching English as a foreign language certification.
- Excellent command of the English language with a native level of proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
- Ability to work with students of different age groups and diverse language proficiency levels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
- Be legally eligible to work in Spain.
