Job Description

The successful candidate will assist the teaching team in implementing a high-quality educational environment where students feel safe, value learning, and develop necessary skills. Your tasks will include:

- Assisting teachers in the preparation and implementation of lessons
- Providing individual attention to students as needed
- Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment
- Managing classroom materials and resources
- Grading assignments and providing feedback under the direction of the teacher
- Observing student behavior and reporting relevant information to the teacher

Job Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:

- A degree in education or a related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Basque language proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or similar role
- Natural ability to connect with children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
