Job Description

The selected candidate will support our qualified classroom teachers in delivering lessons to classes and groups of students, across different ages and skill levels. This includes ensuring all students are engaged and understanding the material, providing one-on-one assistance where necessary, and monitoring student behaviour to ensure a conducive learning environment.

You will also be expected to assist in non-instructional tasks such as arranging equipment, preparing lesson materials, tracking pupils' progress, and liaising with parents and caregivers about a child's development.

Job Requirements

Applicants must possess a diploma in Education, Childhood Studies, or a related field. Previous classroom experience and proficiency in both Spanish and English are necessary. Exceptional ability to form positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of classroom activities and teaching methodologies are also essential. A firm grasp of ICT skills would be an advantage.
