Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, nurturing, and resourceful Education/Teaching Assistant to join our extraordinary team. The successful candidate will aid in delivering high-quality education to students by supporting our educational and teaching staff.
Key Tasks
- Providing support to teachers in preparing learning materials and implementing lesson plans.
- Helping monitor students in classrooms, during lunch and recess, and on field trips.
- Assisting teachers with grading and record-keeping.
- Helping students who may need extra support to complete tasks, especially those with special needs.
- Encouraging students to engage in interactive learning activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a classroom setting, preferably as a teaching assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
