Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Education / Teaching Assistant to be a part of our vibrant team. The successful candidate will have a critical responsibility to support our teachers and students in achieving their educational goals.

Primary Tasks Include:

- Assist teachers in planning, preparing and setting up for lessons and activities.
- Support students with their learning, including providing additional help in areas they may find challenging.
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to communicate the student's progress and behavior.

Job Requirements:

Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, have at least 2 years experience working within an educational setup, and be fluent in both Spanish and English.

Personality Requirements:
