Catalunya Casas is a vacation rental agency in the Barcelona (Spain) area. We specialise in hand-picked, exclusively managed family villa rentals (with pool and garden!) in Mallorca, Ibiza, and the Barcelona area.

As the summer months are very very busy for tourism, we are looking for 2 multi-skilled interns who will rotate and handle various department overflows. Duties will include a bit of everything but mainly customer service, and administrative duties.

Requirements:

-English language abilities. French and/or Spanish language skills most definitely an asset.

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and the ability to get along with a diverse population are critical qualifications. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. -Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel, detail oriented, proven analytical skills and ability to respond to issues in a timely manner while working in a fast paced environment. -Possess a positive and upbeat attitude at all times. -Demonstrate a high level of independence, initiative and resourcefulness while managing priorities in a flexible team environment. -A passion for the customer experience combined with business curiosity and a strategic viewpoint. Ability to answer customer’s questions and successfully resolve issues and/or negotiate matters related to customer’s account. -Maintain clear and concise documentation and positive approach to conflict resolution. -Able to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
