Job Description

Our collaborator is an important price monitoring company for brands and retailers located in Barcelona, Spain. The company is currently working in more than 20 countries with multiple currencies and several markets.

They are looking for a Sales Operations Intern.  busiTheir business is growing rapidly, and they need a skilled sales operation analyst to help enhance the efficiency of sales department and support sales leadership with data-driven analysis and conclusions. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, have a business acumen and must have the motivation to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

Position: Sales 

- Becoming fluent in our CRM system and data flow.

- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other functional areas including Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, etc.

- Monitor, track and evaluate data introduced by the sales team to the CRM system (ensure that fields are updated correctly, manage custom fields, review sales activity, etc).

- Guide and train the sales team on use of our CRM system.

- Manage the CRM system and deliver valuable and timely reporting to help the sales leader make data-backed business decisions.

- Provide insightful information to the sales leadership to prepare trainings and enhance workflows based on evolving business needs.

- Constantly drive process improvement and implement new processes for the sales department



- BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a relevant field.

- Fluent level of Spanish and English  

- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with a CRM is a plus.

- Critical thinking and analysis.

- Strong communication skills.

- Superb written, organizational, presentation and time management skills.

- Ability to problem solve.

- Proactive and excellent team player.

- Self-driven and highly motivated.



- 800 € / monthly
