Paid 500€ events management internship in Barcelona, Spain

Job Description

Our collaborator is an online operating company in Barcelona. They are offering a platform where people can find apartments all over the world.
You will be working with the marketing director of the company and help with the daily activities. We will give you everything you need to know about marketing on the B2B level (online and offline Marketing).

Tasks:

● Help with event Promotional materials: (rollups, brochures, business cards etc.) - liaison with designers and production companies within budget and timeframe

● In-house events: help organize every aspect of the event from online promotion to printed materials, to stand productions, invitations, ordering refreshments etc.

● Event branded giveaways: research of new products, order & delivery

● Promotional material transport to event venues: organize with couriers, event organizers

● Other tasks: participant registration to events and assisting in other marketing areas.

● Help with project managing the world-wide industry events we attend, exhibit and sponsor at.

Requirements:

- Good level of English (written and verbal)
- Spanish, French is a plus
- Minimum 5 months. 35 hours per week.
