Job Description:
The successful candidate will work closely with the classroom teacher to streamline the learning process and deliver educational content in a way that is easy for students to comprehend. You will perform daily tasks including:
- Assisting the classroom teacher in lesson preparation
- Helping students with assignments
- Assisting with behaviour management
- Helping to maintain a safe, clean learning environment
- Offering additional assistance to students with special needs
Job Requirements:
We require the potential candidate to have:
- A diploma in Education or a related field
- Strong command of both Spanish and English languages
- Previous experience working in an educational environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for education and a commitment to student development
