Vacancy: Management Intern

We are seeking a dedicated, ambitious and proactive individual to join us as a Management Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the diverse and dynamic business arena, get hands-on experience in the industry and enhance your understanding of management strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support management in daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, correspondence and other communications.
• Accompany managers during client visits and meetings to gain firsthand exposure and knowledge.
• Assist in project planning, strategy development, and decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the organization’s broader initiatives by participating in cross-functional projects or tasks as required.
• Analyze market trends and present findings in a concise report for management review.
• Maintain, compile, and analyse data and other project-related information.

Job Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Business Administration or any related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of basic knowledge in Business Management.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Must be team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
