Internship Role and Responsibilities

As an intern, you would be actively involved in a wide range of HR functions, including:

- Assisting in performance review processes, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must be a student in the final years of study or a recent graduate in Psychology, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related field, with:

- Proven interest in HR through relevant coursework or previous internships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR software tools is preferred but not essential.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
