Internship Role and Responsibilities
As an intern, you would be actively involved in a wide range of HR functions, including:
- Supporting process improvements in HR systems and practices.
- Assisting in recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews.
- Participating in onboarding activities and training sessions for new hires.
- Assisting in performance review processes, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Contributing to the organization of team-building events, employee engagement activities and CSR initiatives.
- Supporting HR-related reporting and analytics.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must be a student in the final years of study or a recent graduate in Psychology, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related field, with:
- Proven interest in HR through relevant coursework or previous internships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR software tools is preferred but not essential.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
